              This started as a daunting experience for me. I had never purchased a vehicle without having my husband with me. It started by texting with ***** about the car I was interested in. She was very responsive and helpful. When I arrived first guy I ran into was ****. **** was knowledgeable, professional but most of all caring! He understood my situation and this car buying challenge. We went for a test drive. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. There may have been some football chat included. Next I met ****, the money guy. Again he was professional and very helpful. He walked me through the purchasing process. Then it was off to ***** the "sign here guy" He explained all the paperwork and answered all my questions. What started as an intimidating process ended up being a pleasant experience.               They treated me the right way!I appreciated their sales staff (especially *****, the sales representative). I bought a new **** Subaru ****** limited. They answered my specific questions regarding the vehicles features and I was able to test drive the vehicle the day I visited. I ended up ordering a new vehicle which took about 2 months to arrive from the factory. The process I experienced was much easier than I thought it would be. I felt i got a fair deal and great customer service too. Im hoping for the same customer service from ******************** when I take my vehicle in to have the scheduled maintenance to be completed.

              *************************** the general manager at treasure valley is one of the best general managers Ive ever seen. He is fantastic. I felt like I was listening to you and my concerns and my interest were important to them. The finance department was fantastic also it was very quick in and out no pressure answered all my questions and made available to me several different options for extended warranties that I was interested in. I ended up buying a **** F150 and I love it. There is no better place to buy a used vehicle or new car. *********** ****, the marine with an awesome ***** was excellent very thorough very fast and took awesome care of my wife and I.
