            There's nothing redeeming about this poorly-run business. This self-important charlatan had my clock for EIGHT years until about three months ago I started calling every week to ascertain when I could pick it up. Absolutely no contrition or admission of his failures! Instead, rude retorts of: "I'll call when it's ready. You need to be patient." What? EIGHT years is not patience? My last call resulted in: "Just come get it and I never want to deal with you again." Went the next day where he presented me a waiver I had to sign stating the clock was being returned as I was unwilling to wait for repair. I stated: "And there should be NO charge." He replied: "No charge, but you're a thief. You are stealing from me. You are not a nice ****************** I had an involuntary explosion and made the suggestion he should mate himself. While walking to my car, he shouted in his most phony "Christian" ****** God Bless You!Don't use this business. And he's if got your clock, go get it now.

            I do not promise completion dates. This customer was rude and demanding even though I'd had medical issues and the covid shut down I returned her clock before it was adjusted and running and did not charge for parts or work completed. The customer is banned from my shop and I've alerted other clocksmiths about her attitude. Everyone who leave their clock with me gets the best work that I can provide and agrees to my terms: No payment up from and no completion date promised.
