Thank you so much for reaching out with your concerns, this review however is coming from a person who is not actually staying nor has stayed at the hotel. We had an employee from the company stay here, he did not check out of his room on the scheduled check out day and so the Head housekeeper as well as the housekeeper that was assigned that room packed his belongings up. We do always make sure that there are two employees in the room during a time where guests items are being packed up. One is always a member of management and then the housekeeper the room is assigned to. ***** claimed he was missing food and hygiene items,we do toss all perishable items that are left in a room and hold on to all other items for the 90 day period. Head housekeeper confirmed as well as housekeeper that all hygiene items were placed in the guests overnight bag.Though guest called his boss and claimed that they tossed everything. I did talk to the guests boss and did offer to replace the food and hygiene products for the only reason of guest satisfaction. $50.00 was given to the actual guest that was staying.
As for the sweater and hat that the guest claimed to have been taken by an employee, the employees that packed his belongings packed all his items including empty hygiene bottles. I have absolutely no reason to not stand behind my staff.
I am sorry if the "guest" is unsatisfied, I do want to included that since this they have stayed at the hotel again.
