      Checked in on Friday March 24th, Paid $140. Checked us into wrong room I had reservations for.Went to desk got new keys. While naked other guests walked in my room. Desk had given keys. Then afterwards keys didn't work. Air didn't work, room and shower were nasty. Then front desk woke me at 12:40am to say I'm in the wrong room. I never got any sleep. ****** the managers and ****** the ** is unprofessional. Main **************** care said need to contact manager for full refund. Managers are refusing. I left sat morning at 9am and never returned. I was there for family funeral.

      To whom it may concern,

                      I am writing this due to ************************************* contacting you. I wanted to let you know that this situation has already been addressed. It has been addressed by her contacting the hotel, then calling the Wyndham customer support line. Then she put in a Corporate complaint that also was resolved. She harassed my AGM (assistant general manager) on her personal ******** page, messaging her directly demanding a refund of her stay. She also called my AGM on her personal cell phone which ******** got by asking a trainee desk agent for it. This issue has been discussed at the hotel and resolved with the staff.

                      She doesnt like the fact that she did not receive a full refund for her stay, the stay that every time she complains about it seems to get more and more than her initial complaint. She started with a 15% discount and by the time this was over she ended up with a 75% refund. She was not fully refunded due to further investigation on the situation and her claims not all being accurate. This discount seems to not satisfy her and so she continues to harass us through any way possible.

                      As I stated, the issue has been resolved and she just isnt happy with the outcome.  The discount of 75% is going to be the final decision and we will not be fully refunding her.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Super 8's 800 number provided me with managers' phone number. The manager was unprofessional, and rude. ****** the ** was very unprofessional, yelled at me over the phone,and trying to put the blame on me , for the shower head never being cleaned, and the air unit in window not working. Being walked in on by other guests while naked was the front desk fault for providing keys to my room to another guest. Being woken up knocking on my door at 12:40am by front desk was not my fault. The staff being mean and rude to myself and my family was not my fault. I was there with family for a family funeral as the entire family complained about the motel and all received the funeral discount. Which matched the online room rates we all received. 

      I was told by Super 8, cs line, and Wyndham CS they would refund my entire stay however the franchise would have to process it. 

      It's really sad a ** has to come up with a twisted story of events. I have stuck to the same facts, and have emails, and texts as evidence. I never asked for the managers number. Super 8 CS provided it, openly. I have no idea what FB the **/MNGR is speaking about. 

      I submitted this report to ensure anyone whom does their research on reviews knows how unprofessional, dirty, broken,and unresponsive this location is. 

      I wanted to ensure that the franchise location did as was promised to me. As it took a full months time to have anything processed by this terrible experience. This motel 8 has tarnished *******'s name.
