So a little over a week and half , I got my nails done by them and my nail started hurting .. I popped them off because it was weird and I've always gotten my nails done so it was weird to me that my nail was hurting , I took my nails off and under my right hand ring finger my nail was green , had fungus growing under my nail . So I waited till the next morning due to it being late , I went in and asked for a manager I was super polite due to them having a customers and I simply asked for my refund for the last 3 visits because due to the fungal growing under my nail, they proceeded to ask me what I do for work and told they would fix my nail and give me service .. ABSOLUTELY NOT , which I declined cause one why would I get more service after I saw what I needed to see ON MY FINGER , I told them no I want a refund for my service because this isn't a broken or chipped nail this is a FUNGAL INFECTION.. Proceeded to tell me since it's been more than a week they weren't able to refund my MONEY AT ALL CAUSE IT WAS THEIR POLICY , I asked to see the policy they said it was at their HOUSE . mind you I believe it was their son that was translating to me because the mother who I believe was the owner was helping someone else -- poor management , continued to conversate and question WHY IS THE POLICY AT YOUR HOUSE AND NOT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS ? They had basically no answer for me .. --
