I locked my keys in my vehicle at home. I have Allstate Towing Membership. I went on the Allstate App and asked for service. My membership card was in my car. My membership number is#XXXXX3230 and Allstate's number is ************* . When the tow guy got there I wanted to give him my membership number but he told me that Allstate took care of it. I told him I didn't want my credit card charged because I have a membership and he told me it wouldn't and it would be taken care of by Allstate. He should have taken my membership number because my credit card was still charged.

We did not charge this person any money. AllState covered all of our costs. She may want to look at the credit card receipt to see who charged her. It was probably AllState.

I wish there was something I could do, but we were not involved in this action other than providing services at no cost to her.

12/05/2022. I was tboned in a car accident two days ago (12/03/22) and was forced to have my car towed here. I was not given any option by the officers or anyone. The tow yard refuses to let me get the rest of my personal effects, the refused to let me go look at my car to grab my personal effects, only they could go out. I was only able to get a very few amount of things

FROM: Canyon County Towing and Recovery

      SUBJ: #********

Regarding complaint #********************, we are the ones that should be filing the complaint. The owner of this vehicle is ***********************. The vehicle owner reported that his daughter was involved in an accident where another vehicle was hit, and a power pole and power lines were knocked down by his daughter. The owner reported only having liability insurance, which would not cover the towing bill since they reported being at fault. We advised them of the current towing charges, but they refused to pay them.
We provided them with their personal items that were not attached to the vehicle, and they were given these personal items, which they signed for. We provided a tow truck with a towing operator for 3 hours to tow this vehicle that was 50 feet in a field, and we have not received any payment. I am sure that ***** Power will have a substantial invoice where they will require payment as well.
The vehicle owner wanted us to take all four tires off his car and replace them with older tires, take his stereo with all the equipment and strip his vehicle free of charge and provide him with the items. We advised them that we could not and would not do this. We advised them that the vehicle storage would continue at $50 per day until the vehicle was paid or the title was signed over. These charges will be turned over to legal for collection, and they are welcome to pay their bill and take possession of this vehicle and all the items attached to it if they would like to take responsibility for this incident.

I am rejecting this response because: my dad did not ask for a bunch of stuff mounted on the car back. You didnt even let me or him go and collect MY personal affects. your man took a picture and said that he can do it and were forced to sign paperwork that was insufficient. I was not given MULTIPLE items of my personal effect not attached to the car because of this. Like my glasses, which im 100% were not effected in the crash given their location. I cannot see without those, I cannot drive. you are effecting my personal life because your man in charge refused to let me or my father grab any personal effects.
      Sincerely,

      ***************
