I've been shopping at Cheeky's for 2yrs. At first no problem every was great, over priced but at I would receive my items. Since the beginning of this year (2023). I have had to call and ask where my orders were. I would give them 2 weeks sometimes 3. When I did inquire about my orders I got excuses, like "oh, it's sitting right here on my desk", or "it's just sitting out on the loading dock, must have been kicked aside by an employee" Before I could even get one of these lame excuses, I had to be the one who caught the mistake, then prove that I ordered something and paid for it because they didn't have any record of it. I could understand this once and think nothing of it but every single order. I think not! There merchandise isn't worth being made to feel like a liar and a thief. Then after validating order and payment. There was never an apology, nor was my order expedited out to me. Out of the 2 yrs of shopping with them I've returned 1 item. I called got approval for a store credit (no refund policy) I mailed to address written in their return policy. Never heard anything after a couple of weeks so I called, no record of it being returned. They asked what address I told the address in policy. They tell that address is to an empty warehouse and my package would just get tossed aside. After 6 weeks I got a gift card. I used the gift card. I've just proved to them there was order placed, told them about gift card. No evidence of me having one so I guess they remembered. I was told last night my order had been loaded in moving truck along with all the other vast amount of merchandise from the supposed empty warehouse to a new facility. I have address' and invoices to verify this as the honest truth. Stay away from ******'s they are real quick about making the sale and collecting payment but after that, they don't care. They do have nice merchandise but just wait and buy it from a reputable retailer. It will save you headache and disappointment.
