On April 11,2022 I won an auction for several wood flying model airplane kits and my credit card was charged $159.12 on April 12, 2022. I requested shipping on the items. Which they were listed as shipping available. I waited 2 weeks and never got an email or anything stating that items had been shipped. I have contacted Prime Time auctions several times through their contact us form on their website and never got a reply, I tried emailing them several times and never got a reply. I called 5 times and each time was told that they would check into it and get back to me and they never did.I never received the items that I paid for and I want my $159.12 returned to me.Business response

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We have looked into this and will continue to understand how we messed this one up. It has been an interesting year and staffing issues caused a problem in the system. We are constantly try to provide quality service to our customers. It is our daily challenge that we will continue to strive to improve. We see you have purchased from us before and we appreciate that. We hope you can forgive us and understand the error was not made on purpose and this one got lost in the mix of being busy and life's challenges which we all have.
