              I have never had such a poor service from any company in the medical field in my life. Sent my daughters x-rays to them on the 5th of August 2021. Called them on 9th of August 2021 to make sure that they were received and the office receptionist stated that they had them. It would take up to 3 weeks to get approved and to call back 23rd of August 2021 to check with status. Called the 24th of August 2021 and they stated they had not received anything from my dental office which as I stated above they conformed that they had on the 9th of August 2021. Then the office manager of this medical facility stated to me that "we do not make mistakes like this". Other wise calling me a liar over the phone and hanging up on **** called back after conforming that my dental office sent to them with a conformation number and it had I called back and ************** stated that they just received the information and it was resubmitted. So it is going to be probable another 3 weeks. So in the time that she has had to wait already and what she will have to wait she will have to endure the pain.I would not recommend anyone to use this business for any work.
