Do not stay at this hotel. They intentionally mistreat their customers.I stayed here last night. I had to fight for every ounce of customer service that I got.I had to do laundry. When switching my load from the washer to the dryer there was an issue. I went to the front desk to resolve it.There was no one at the front desk. I waited. In a bit someone finally appeared.The gentleman who I asked for help with played stupid the entire time. He was on his cellphone taking a personal call and couldn't be bothered with me the customer.He would not put the phone down. He would not go to check on the dryer. He would not return the money stolen to me by the machine. He did absolutely nothing but shower me with disrespect.In addition the breakfast that is advertised is supposed to be ready at 6:30 AM. It wasnt. When it was they did the bare minimum. Not all the advertised items were there.When you go to the front desk do not expect anyone waiting for you. If you call the number listed for assistance do not expect anyone to answer. Nor is there a voice-mail for you to leave a message.This hotel does not treat customers as they should or acknowledge their misbehavior. In this town there are many other hotels that you could go to for relatively the same price who will acknowledge you as a person. This place does not.

I paid through Priceline and booked a room. Went to work got off drove over to the hotel. Just for the disrespectful and smelling like marijuana employee tells me they don't have a room for me. I try to tell him that I already paid. Paid in advance so I could get a room. He told me that thier laundry staff was shorthaired and that the rooms were not available. Instead of finding a way to get me a room he tells me I'm without a room. Now it's 3 in the morning. Not many places have rooms. Hints the reason I paid in advance. I tell him then give me my money so I can try to find a different hotel. He tells me since I booked through Priceline that he can't give me money back. It was ****** the only money I had. So I had to sleep in my car. Get ahold of Priceline next day. They cc ************ and their manager tells them that they had rooms so not to accept the refund. I spend the next 090 minutes on the phone fighting to get my money back. Things I don't understand. I paid for a room didn't get it. Give me back my money. Finally I got my money. But that's not the only issue. You should not be able to make customer sleep on the street when the paid before everyone else. Then I try to call Days Inn and file a complaint against the employee who lied to me and refused to get me my service. Not to mention doing illegal narcotics at his place of business. She yelled at me treated me like I don't exist and hung up on me. I want their business to take responsibility for treating their customers like garbage. Also want to educate other consumers not to do business their unless they like sleeping in their car.
