I made an order through the shop app. A month later the order still hasnt shipped. I contacted the company through email 3 times with no response. I looked the company up online and their website is not in working order. I tried to message the company on ********* but the company isnt accepting messages. I simply want my money back and dont know who else to contact.Initial Complaint

I order stuff from there going out of bussiness sale, received a confirmation and they took my money right away. after about a month I follow up with there system and didint' get a response. unfortunaly due to the holidays and school starting up I lost track but never received my product, or a refund, and now there website is not loading.Initial Complaint

I have purchased items from this company back in ********************************** 2022 I went to purchase additional items for my wife including a hammock and shipping for a prize I "won" on their prize wheel. They also are false advertising a going out of business sale that looks to have been going for at least a year. When I did end up placing an order they processed my payment within minutes and i received an email stating this. After a month of waiting for the shipping information i reached out multiple times and have not gotten anything but automated responses telling me someone will reach out. No one has. I have reached out via text and email with no actual response. I have disputed with my bank the charges and they are also looking into. If the company is out of business they should remove the advertising on their site, take down the website, and not still charge those that come to the website.Initial Complaint

I ordered two hammocks from the company online on august 7th, I have not received the hammocks after two weeks I attempted to contact the company. I have not had a response I have left messages and emails and nothing. I just want my money back if they cant deliver the product I orderInitial Complaint

I placed an order on the Madera Outdoor website on 8/12/22. I received a confirmation email that day for my order. I have not received the items I paid for, or any correspondence about my order from Madera Outdoor. On 8/23/22 I contacted them on their website about the order. They still have not responded. I have contacted paypal for a refund, but this isn't acceptable. Madera Outdoor needs to be held accountable for not fufilling orders (apparently I'm not the only one this has happened to.)
