I live in a mobile home community, I was recommended by a grant ******* through my city, I feel the company did a good job in leveling my trailer and was up front about the cost of the leveling. However, when the owner showed up late for the job and then didn't bring supplies to do the job and had to leave again to go get the supplies. He then told me he has to have payment before he does the job, I tried to reason with him that I usually pay at the end of the job, he was bullyish and threatened not to do the job, didn't want to play my games, told him no problem. When he came back I offered half of his payment in cash at the beginning of the job and half when he was done. He literally wanted to cancel doing the job at all and was very rude about it, and when I paid him then he never gave me a receipt, he kept saying it would be emailed by the end of the day. The next day I sent him a text asking for a receipt, I still have not received one..He does good work but his manners and professionalism for someone who has been doing this for 22 years was ignorant. I didn't appreciate being bullied and threatened. His excuse is its happened before and people didn't pay him so now he treats everybody like a thief. Unless you contract with the city or private business don't work with this man
