      I took my 2010 SeaDoo GTX155 to have them read the code for the CHECK light. When I started it it would give 1 long beep and the yellow CHECK light would come on. It would start and run, the *** would go up and down. According to what I read the long beep and the second beep a few minutes later might indicate an *** or sensor issue. When a I picked it up today there was now an *** failure message on the screen and it does not start. I looked at the codes in the see and now there are codes that werent there before. I talked to another service center and apparently whatever they did screwed up the flash memory and now it doesnt communicate AT ALL and the SeaDoo no longer even starts. On top of that when I brought it home they had left the *** module unplugged!! How do you render a watercraft completely useless when all you were supposed to do is read the codes? What BS!! Now I have a SeaDoo with less than 300 hours going to a salvage yard. My suggestion is PLEASE READ THE BBB REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!!!Cant wait to read the condescending BS placating response from them for this review. Just so everyone knows those responses are only to help them look like they respond and care. In reality they will do NOTHING about their s**** up other than make excuses and shift blame. The bottom line is the watercraft worked perfectly except for the long beep and yellow check light and now it requires a $2,500 plus repair that requires an UNAVAILABLE PART. Thanks to them it is now JUNK going to the salvage yard!! Im REALLY glad I did not buy that new Beta 200R dirt bike from them!I will be sure to post again after they respond and do NOTHING to rectify their s**** up

      We brought them our Polaris 4Wheeler because 1 wheel would not engage in 4 wheel drive. We told them if the repair would be over $500 to please call first as we could do it ourselves for less than that. They did not call until it was ready for pick up. When they finished with it, 2 wheels were not engaging in 4 wheel drive! they charged me $423. When I called to report that they fixed nothing and in Fact broke it more, they refused to make it right. We wish We had read all the poor reviews before trusting them with any repairs.

      I am writing this on behalf of my grandpa a veteran and a senior citizen who was done wrongly by this company who now refuses to correct their error as well! costing my Grampa a motor in his Polaris four *******, he had taken in the four ******* for just regular maintenance oil change ect when he got the four ******* back it would not start this was a very well maintenance ATV that never had any signs or issues until the day after this company did basic maintenance my husband told him to just pull start it and see if it would turn over it was Christmas and he wanted to pull my kids around on the sled for a little this was right before the big snow storm I was video taping the kids having fun for memories this being the first Christmas in 45 years with out my grandma needless to say the four ******* just shut off and started smoking I was still video taking we pushed the four ******* into the shop where you can see mass amount of oil spilling every where still video taping my grandpa pulled the cover off where the oil filter is and immediately we saw that the oil filter was not attached I called my husband on my grandpas phone still video taping so he could see what was going on he immediately asked to see the oil filers and said that it was not properly installed and that it was threaded incorrectly which caused the motor to lose oil and blow up ????????????? Merry Christmas right well that being said he called and asked this company to look at the four ******* to see what they could do to fix the issue they had it from January *****th when he picked it up they called my grandpa a lier and said their was no way to prove that the oil filter was installed incorrectly and that they were not liable ????.. I my self just spoke with ***************** who claims they did nothing of the Sort but then said that my grandpa is no longer welcome their !!! And that they are not responsible and will not cover repairs because I cant prove they were at fault I want to share this story for others
