My husband and I hired Elite Concrete to pour a molded walkway from driveway to front porch. The concrete was poured on 10/21/2020. By 11/3/2020 I had reached out to **** at Elite as the concrete turned white. Not the color chosen or put down. The crew came back out on three different occasions to 'try to rectify' the failure of the color. Each time, the color became worse and worse looking, white and blotchy-looks like wet leather vs. stamped hard wood with ***** and black accent colors. Continued to out reach in December, January and February. In March, **** with Elite called to let me know we were on his books to try and strip one more time, if that did not work, then they were to tear out and replace for our 100% satisfaction; but they needed a minimum of 5 working days w/o rain or elements to ensure proper set up. I left a message in June, no response. I texted on 7/19/2021 and **** let us know that Les was to reach out asap about the resolution they came up with. On 7/20/2021 Les called my husband and spoke to him directly and said he was getting out of the res. ******** and has no crew to fix, the only thing he would be able to do is refund us $1500 since the problem has not been resolved. I reached out to **** on 8/31/2021, said he was no longer working for Les and to contact him directly. He gave me his phone number. I called 8/31/2021 mailbox was full, texted on 9/1/2021, no response, called 9/1/2021 left message, texted on 9/15/2021 no response, called on 10/4/2021 no response. I would like a response and resolution from a job not completed and a promise not kept.
