    I received my Sectional on Late Saturday and Sent an email to Honbay Furniture on Early Sunday, informing the company of 4 missing leg s**** holes on the bottom of the Sectional. There should be 8 leg s**** holes and only 4 was added to the bottom of the Sectional. I am not sure how they expect anyone to sit on a Sectional with only 4 legs, when Clearly 8 legs is required. I have reached out to this company less than 24 hours of receiving this Sectional and received a response from ***** asking for a video, since they couldn't receive the photos. A video was sent and I have not received a response. I am requesting a Replacement Sectional Bottom, with all 8 leg s**** holes or issue me a full refund. This piece of junk Sectional is no Good to me, if the legs are missing. This is a Factory issue, so just need Honbay to Fix this issue.This is utterly ridiculous for me to keep Reaching out to a company and no resolution is provided. Once again if a replacement Sectional is not shipped, I am requesting a full refund. It is not right to ignore a consumer, when I brought my business to you.Please Resolve this issue.******************

    Consumers, you'd better be proactive. I ordered 2 chairs on 2/19/23, with an expected date of **** weeks for delivery. Sofas and Sectionals bombarded my inbox with emails, until I nearly had to block them. Once I placed my order in Feb., I never heard another word from them. I was required to pay one-half of the cost upfront, which I understood. After nearly 6 weeks, on 3/29/23, I called *********************************************** just for a progress report. I was informed that nothing had been done because I didn't pick out the nail head color for my chairs. I was stunned, as their website did not offer any choice. I thought you got what their photo showed, which was undistinguishable. I was informed that, due to this delay, my chairs would be delayed. I talked to ****, and someone else who tried to sell me a warranty plus white-glove delivery (each at $150). I chose my nail head color so the process could finally begin.On 4/20/23, I got an email from *********************************************** stating my order was shipping from *********'s in **, and it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. I'm thinking ** to ** isn't that far so I was confused. I ordered a swivel rocking chair from Wayfair and it was at my home in a few days. I spoke with ****** and she was rude. She said that the system kicked my order back around 2/22/23, and it had been sitting on the wrong person's desk all this time. Shocking. I rec'd my chairs on 5/9/23. ********* did a good job with them and the delivery team was wonderful. My biggest complaint was had I not called ***********************************************, my order would have still been on someone's desk, as many weeks had passed by without anyone noticing my order. To my understanding, this is a small company run by family. I would recommend ********* to make your furniture, but I'd get it from another supplier.

    I am very sorry to hear that we did not reach out to you in a remotely timely manner. I have reviewed this personally with the staff involved to make sure that our future customers don't end up with the same thing happening. Usually if we are missing a required option for a piece of furniture, you should be contacted the same day.

    I do know that behind the scenes we did escalate your order with our shipping and delivery teams to try and get it expedited to you due to the initial delay in getting your nailhead choices. I am also glad to hear that our delivery team did an excellent job in actually delivering the furniture to your home.

     

    Again, please accept my apologies for the delay and I appreciate you following up (even though you shouldn't have had to).

    I ordered a leather chair in November 2021. After waiting five months I was told the chair had shipped. I was called by the local delivery company and made arrangements for delivery. At the end of the delivery window I contacted Sofas and Sectionals to ask why the chair hadn't been delivered. I was told the shipping company from which the delivery company was picking up the chair looked "for two hours" and couldn't find the chair. Sofas and Sectionals was very blas about this, and told me there was nothing they could do. "It happens," was all they said. They offered to order another one and have me wait another five months. I kept asking how a chair could simply vanish - I don't believe that's what happened. If it came all the way from ***** only to "disappear" from a shipper's warehouse, and S and S refused to look into it any further, there was no way I was going to order from them again. I got a refund, but no satisfaction. It was a huge disappointment after eagerly anticipating my custom order. BUYER BEWARE.

    I placed an order for an expensive loveseat on Dec 10, 2021. The loveseat shipped to an intermediate shipping terminal on Feb 18, 2022. As of today (Apr 25, 2022) I have not received my loveseat. I called Sofa and Sectionals customer support numerous times and they keep saying they will check on it and let me know; they never email me back. The website states delivery should be 4-6 weeks after the ship date. I'm well beyond that timeframe! ***buyer beware***
