Additional Information for EZ Frame Structures & Shelters LLC

On March 21, 2024, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints against EZ Frame Structures & Shelters LLC from consumers regarding concerns with delivery issues, refund/exchange issues, and service/customer service issues. Consumers allege the products they are purchasing are not being delivered on time, they are having difficulty receiving refunds, and customer service is not responding in a timely manner.

On March 26, 2024, BBB reached out to EZ Frame Structures & Shelters LLC for a response to this pattern. EZ Frame Structures & Shelters LLC is working with BBB to eliminate the underlying complaint pattern and provided BBB with the following response:

Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction experienced by our customers. We understand the importance of providing a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience, and we are actively working to resolve the issues mentioned in the complaints from our customers. We are actively monitoring BBB and responding to complaints.

Regarding our shipping. We have experienced some back log and shipping delays in the past that were a result of issues beyond our control. We had a fire in our warehouse and lost all of our inventory, customer orders and computers with customer information on it. The owner's home, also located on the same property was also completely destroyed by the fire as well. This caused serious delays in our ability to get orders out for awhile as can be imagined. We have since worked through this and are excited to finally be moving into our brand new building!

We ask always however that you please contact us first prior to filing a complaint or a dispute through your credit card company. If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please let us know and we would be happy to refund it for you. Filing a dispute with your card company, in most cases takes weeks for you to get your money back, causes grief to you, your bank, our bank and to us. Just let us know if you have an issue and need a refund and we would be happy to help you right away!

Now that we are in a new permanent building, we are able to expand our inventory stock and hire more staff to get orders out faster and respond quicker, so we look forward to putting those past frustrations far behind us and providing awesome service to our fantastic customers going forward!
