      Ordered pain patched valued 13 was billed ***** . No response from email where I tried immediately to cancel item. Item was recieved, remains unopened while I am still trying to get a response how to return the unopened pkg for a full response.

      As I have read in many reviews. The issue is with the customer service. I refuse to use their products. I placed an order for 1 pkg of knee pads. 4 extra pkgs were added to my order that I did not intend to purchase. At the time of ordering, what I thought was an upsale pop up screen appeared. I did not wish to order any extra so attempted to close the window. I was not able to so thought it was a confirmation of the order I just placed so clicked on the one pkg option. 4 pkgs were also offered but obviously did not wish to order more than one. When the order was placed I saw the problem and immediately tried several times within minutes of placing the order to have the unwanted items removed. I responded to emails about the order being received and also an email to ask if I would like to add items as well as directly through their website - all within minutes of placing order. They only responded several days later stating it was too late. This was after many attempts over several days to make contact. They offered a solution to refund 40% of the order which I originally agreed to. I then discovered a second charge that I was not previously aware of. At that time I told them I felt their company was not reputable and I did not wish to deal with them at all. They sent an email telling me the process to return all items I agreed to. After I made a complaint to TikTok as well began a PayPal investigation they informed me that even if I returned all items they would not issue a refund. I have just received these items. I am fully prepared to return all items. I simply want my money back and do not wish to do business this company.

      A good company to work with! The product I purchased from them, knee patches, has been a help in reducing my knee pain. I also gave some of the patches to our daughter and she found them helpful too!

      I use the patches a few times a week on my knees to help with pain from arthritis and prior surgery. It helps take the edge off and lets me play pickleball more often. i have had no issues ordering so far after having made a few orders over the last year.

      The product works for me on a pair of very bad knees. I use the knee patch both at night and during the day. During the day I utilize the patch under a knee sleeve. The combination patch and knee sleeve during the day allows me to work in the yard and not be crippled by the end of the day. I am surprised that it works as well as it does but - bottom line - it does work. It is NOT a total solution to occasional discomfort, but it is a significant improvement over using only a knee sleeve.

      Love how quickly the patches work to reduce pain. However, they tend to roll up and stick to the inside of my pant legs if I am up and about. Regarding the ordering process. I ordered one set and ended up receiving and being charged for two sets of patches. I shared them with friends. Be careful when ordering.

      Offer alternative colors. Flesh tone for one possibility. Discontinue sending emails that your inventory is low. The message youre sending is that you are not managing inventory very well which makes you look like your company is in trouble. You should boast of great inventory.Always sending 80% off deals has conditioned your customers to only buy at 80% off. FYI: I will now only buy at that price.
