      I never received any of the cologne that I ordered and this has been over a month ago now. They claimed that they couldnt find my address which is impossible to believe because I order hundreds of packages and never have a problem and even gave them specific instructions on where my apartment was located. When they replied To my request to get my no ey back They didnt respond to that question they just said Give us another address with a different name and will send it there, which is the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. I even gave them another address and they still didnt respond so then I said I would threaten legal action and of course they havent responded. Obviously, theyre ratings **** And Theres not really a customer service number they just say email them when you call it. This policy of theirs needs to stop And I would really appreciate yall handling this and getting my money back. Its horrible, big companies like that. Try to take advantage of the little man -It should be getting fined thousands of dollars for the way they handle their business. Thank you for listening

      On 8/11/24 I was placing an order and while doing so, the companys website froze/stopped working while i was nearing the completion and confirmation portion of the purchase. The website stopped working altogether and I attempted to reorder the same products. I then received 2 confirmation order emails both with different price totals. I immediately emailed the support team email via the email address provided on their page stating I was cancelling the order and requested a refund of the order amount which was $340.98.A few hours later, a representative responded to my email and acknowledged/confirmed the order would be cancelled.Its now almost three weeks later and Ive yet to receive my refund. Ive emailed them countless times stating very clearly I want my money refunded for an order that was never even processed or shipped via US mail. This company is absolutely atrocious and is committing theft under US consumer statues and laws. I simply want a refund for my order and highly recommend no consumer purchases products from them.

      I order cologne from Cupid and paid for expedited delivery. I placed the order on August 10, 2024 and have not received it yet. I have emailed the company but have not gotten a response. When I look up tracking information it says **** is waiting for it to come to them. Order #******

      I Was scammed by them during their shady ordering process. I wanted 1 bottle of Cupid cologne and was charged for 5 bottles. I emailed Cupid support immediately and they claimed it was too late to cancel my order. They claimed the order had already been processed and they couldnt help with anything to correct it. It was literally minutes after I realized they charged me 2 separate times and neither dollar amount was correct. 1 bottle was $49.99 and I was charged $231.87

      I ordered cologne from them and didn't like it. I've been trying to reach out to them since I got the order to return it and they have not gotten back to me. I've emailed them many times about send it back and getting a refund and nothing.

      On 7/15/24 I was charged on my bank card for an order I did NOT place. The order totaled $329.60, but was made in 3 separate transactions even though it's showing all of one order. I did NOT place an order with this company. As soon as something was emailed to me saying this order was placed with my bank card, I immediately contacted the company to cancel it. They came back with a reply that the order was processed and shipping, so they could not cancel it. I'm sorry but there's no way the order was processed within minutes or even an hour. They told me when I received the order to contact them and I could return it for a full refund. Well, I have emailed them multiple times since and ***** will respond back with instructions to return for a full refund. Also, this has caused my bank account to be charged for 3 $32.00 NSF fees because this transaction caused my account to go negative. I would also like to be refunded for those fees as well. I have been saving that money for college and now I am out a total of $425.60.

      Ordered this cologne July 5th said would ***** in 10 business days sent several messages they sent a email wanting to send a different cologne which I don't want . Requested a refund twice and about shipping twice since the email still no reply. Called their number on website it doesn't work. And I just want my money refunded since they never sent my order.       On July 1, 2024, my son ordered from Cupid Frangrance. His subtotal came to $0 and he knew that something was wrong. He was charged $405 and I immediately tried to cancel the order, this was an option in the confirmation email. They would not cancel the order. I have been going back and forth for 3 weeks now with the company via email, the phone number does not bring you to anyone. I'm looking for help for my son, he is only 15

      I bought a product off of them. Said 5-7 days shipping. After a week or so I asked where it was. I was then told I could switch it and try a different product. I didnt mind that and said thats ok. I wanna try it. I have not heard anything back and it still has not shipped. I told them cancel the order and refund me multiple times now.

      FALSE ADVERTISING. SAID ORDER WOULD SHIP IN 5-7 DAYS ITS BEEN 11 AND NOTHING! EMAILED AND CALLED COMPANY NO RESPONSE! I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF $188 SUPPOSED TO BE ON SALE SPECIAL PROMOTION WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!
