            I bought a home from ********************* of Turn Key Homes 13 October 2022, communication with him has been difficult and increasingly so. I was emailed by ********************* of **************************** on November 4th ********************************************************************* found and sent to her via email with photos telling me I would be contacted by Champion Homes in a FEW days! Today is the 21st of November and to date Ive not heard from Champion Homes and Ive brought up to ********************* this concern to know avail? The documents in my homeowners package were incorrect, the Neem form was someone elses, I asked ********************* for the address to fill in on the cards in my package for the Homeowners Information Card and instead she wrote back telling me she filled it out and sent it in? I again asked her for the address and she sent a screenshot of what she sent in, different card with different information and she filled out my information incorrectly, then she sent another screenshot of another she filled out after letting her know how I needed to be the one to fill out my own information so Champion has it correct. Then a third with again another address! This is so ridiculous and unprofessional. I still to date have not received my Title and I paid cash for my home! Now I have made the mistake of having ********************* do exterior work that I have paid a great deal for $10,842 which is half down, same thing poor communication. He refuses to give me each contractors company name and contact information, he is speaking with them on what to do on things before running it by me? Theres no consideration of scheduling although I have asked multiple times. I paid/paying for prep of concrete driveway and sidewalks, prep for landscaping and sod (spring), fencing, gutters, most of which was listed on the overview of the home when listed for sale as having (landscaping, sidewalks), even a disposal that I dont have? I need all information not only for issues but warranty, why is this a problem?

            ********************* even after a BBB complaint continues to harass me, is how Im feeling. Hes still being demeaning towards me and not communicating appropriately. The subs hes hired will just show up to my home and start working without the courtesy Ive continued to ask for by calling or emailing first and setting a date and time. They act like they are on a construction site always leaving debris (************ have a small pet (Ive brought this up many times), also cursing, urinating in my yard, etc. K Konstructuon just showed up adding screws to my stairs and supposed to add to my landing but didnt, had to replace a plank they drilled an oversized hole in, no notice, no knock on the door, Im home sick. I opened the door to speak and they ignored me! They ignored the back landing all together and ***** tried to make like I only mentioned the front, was he not on the walkthrough? I also sent the screenshot he is in receipt of describing both staircases and with photos. They are doing a sloppy job and it seems intentional.***** suggests that landscapers adjust my downspouts instead of the gutter company that installed them, NO? He breached our contract and the concrete company stated to me since I have to deal with them they werent privy to the estimate amount on our signed and 1/2 down paid proposal? That doesnt make any sense. I just feel like Im being scammed, taken for granted, somewhat gaslighted. The stress is real, I only want what Im paying for and a job done that a professional would/should be proud of. I dont understand why this has been going on since I bought mid October, *** tried to communicate with him to no avail, but he doesnt like when I point out things that are wrong which anyone would when theyve bought a new place, he once called me picky (rude)! If you saw the numerous photo's I have its not picky it pointing out defective/poor workmanship. He ignores a lot that I say?Maybe, because Im a woman alone?
