I ordered online on September 14th 2023 at 8:41PM. The cost was $40.88. The order number online is #****. Typically other places dont allow orders if they cant serve you. My boyfriend went to pick it up and they said they were out of bread. We decided we would just get a refund. ***** wrote us out a receipt for the refund. After about 7 business days I tried calling and left a voicemail. I got no call back. I called back again a couple days later after 9 business days. I talked to someone who worked there. He didnt know how to find the order and passed the phone to a girl. She said she couldnt really help and to come between 8am-3pm when the manager ****** would be there who could help. I work 12 hour days so it took me a while before I could come in during those hours. So at this time its been over a month and I went in prepared with printed bank statements. I was kind and he said it showed canceled and they knew exactly who I was. He wrote down my name and contact info because he needed to call the owner to work it out. I told him to call me and I can email or text any screenshots they would need. Very frustrating that because they are out of bread we are going on almost 2 months of absolutely zero help. I want my money back. They know who I am there they were out of bread and failed to help me several times. Im currently in the process of moving and misplaced the cancelation receipt but your workers should remember this exact scenario. When I went in the first time river remembered exactly the order.
