I purchased a training app that said it had a money back guarantee but when my daughter didn't pass, they are now refusing to return my money. The requirement for a refund was not clearly posted on the same page as the money back guarantee. It was at the very bottom of the page and was only a link so this was a scam to get people to purchase the app believing it had a money back guarantee fully expecting them to not see what the requirement for the guarantee was.Business response

Every customer who signs up is directed to the Terms of Use page during signup, and they click a box that states they read the terms of use. The Money Back Guarantee qualifications are clearly stated on that page. If the customer claims they didn't see them because they were in a link and not part of the page, I am attaching a picture of the page, along with the link for the page, and the customer's score page, and the recommended use for the site that is sent out by email with every purchase. The customer didn't qualify for a refund because she didn't use the site as recommended.

We offered to extend the account for use, for free, as our Pass Guarantee states and the customer turned that down.
