We hired *********************** to film our wedding video. *** showed up on day of wedding and filmed our wedding (10/9/2021). Our signed contract stated that we would have our video 4 weeks after the wedding (11/9/2021). In January of 2022 I (*****************************) reached out to *** to check on the status of our video. *** told me that he was almost done with the video and that it would be finished by the end of the week. By February, a month after *** had told me our video would be done, I sent him another message. No response. In March of 2022 I sent a follow up message to *** and again no response. My husband called *** and left him a voicemail at the very end of March and there has been no response or communication. *** is active on others social platforms but refusing to respond to our inquiries about our video. The video package we chose was $1199. We paid *** $1200 ($150 deposit to secure our day and the remaining $1050 after the wedding).
