***BEWARE*** We ordered cheer uniforms packages. We only received 1/3 of the shoes, ************* The cheer shoes were NOT even the SAME BRAND so the girls do not match!!! The company was very difficult to deal with & refused to replace the incorrect size cheer uniforms. They are a THIRD PARTY SELLER & DO NOT HAVE ANY UNIFORMS at their disposal to correct the errors of their supplier!!! They came in incorrect & way to small. The ***** was EXTREMELY rude & said it was NOT HER PROBLEM when they got shipped or if we even received them before the end of our season!!!! Very sad & poor business practices!!!

Details in this review are inaccurate. The complete order has been delivered. The accessories for her custom sized athletes were sent shortly after the standard sizes athletes. The customer requested to exchange 1 pair of Sidezone size 3 shoes for a size 4. The Sidezone does not come in this size, so we offered to substitute it with another brand. That was accepted before the shipment went out. There should be no surprise from the customer there. The ******************** that she claimed were made incorrectly were inspected. Each was found to be made exactly as ordered. I informed her that she was seeking an exchange and that we do not offer exchanges on custom garments. She began making legal threats and using slander as an extortion technique to obtain free uniforms. She was upset that we could request, but not guarantee rush production on a fill-in order, stating that they were halfway through their season. My response was that we cannot control when the order was originally placed. It was NEVER stated that it was not my problem. This is a fabrication posted to punish *** for not giving free uniforms.

We requested a quote with a mock up design. On the design, it was bright yellow and everything matched. I understand it was stated if a uniform is customized it is not supposed to be returned or canceled. But in our case, they were the wrong color when we received them, the liners did not match the uniform, sizes were off, didn't receive bows, letters were not matching on one uniforms with all the girls. We have not received the "corrected" sized uniforms. They said they were matching the liners with the uniform. We wanted the matching uniform with the current liners. The liners were the right color yellow. We are not satisfied with the colors at all. They do not match the mock up picture. They would not change the uniforms. When asked if we can re-measure the girls before they fixed the uniforms (the order page is confusing), they would only go by the first sizes reported and not given the opportunity to resize the girls to make sure they match since the order form is confusing. We are being forced to purchase items we did not approve of and colors are way off. We do NOT give any recommendations for this company.

Since they are heavy weight polyester, these can not be sublimated to match any shade. Only lycra can be sublimated. The customer was informed that replacement liners (in lycra are currently being remade to exact match of the poly shade). This did not satisfy her, because we are not changing the shade of the poly. The technical sublimation limitation explanation had already been given to her before this review. As for the lettering claim, there was one uniform ordered, in a much smaller size than the rest. The size of the lettering was scaled down to match the size of the garment. There was not enough room on the shell to put large lettering like the larger garments. This was also explained to the customer before the review.Sizes were received and inspected for any inaccuracies to our size chart. The sizes match our standards as laid out on our confirmed sizing sheet. Terms from the invoice:'Please verify that all items, design details and sizing information is correct on your invoice. Order will be produced exactly as reflected in the invoice. Corrections to invoice details must be indicated before payment is made. Victory Cheer Uniforms is not held liable for production alterations after payment is made. It is the customer's responsibility to convert measurements to sizes, based on the provided sizing chart. Victory Cheer Uniforms is not responsible for sizing alterations. Sizes must be submitted on the spreadsheet provided.' Unfortunately, this customer did not record the sizes as instructed and wanted Victory Cheer Uniforms to remake them at our cost, contrary to the invoice terms. Our sizing chart is in inches and offers pictures of where to take the measurements. We also off free fit kits. The fit kit was not used by this customer. The customer claims she recorded measurements in cm, but our chart is clearly in inches. Part of her custom measurement indication on the chart also had 'in' not 'cm'. The order was put into production after her confirmation of the spec sheet and these terms, with a purchase order. The customer is now refusing payment of confirmed goods delivered.

We ordered 40 uniforms for cheerleading, the skirts were cut shorter than the stated guideline length. We were asked by the company to return the skirt so they could see the mistakes... an email was sent back to me stating the skirts were indeed cut to short. It has been 3 months and we were emailed today and told they found the skirts were made correctly after admitting the skirts weren't made correctly in numerous emails. This company doesn't stand by their product or make what you order correctly. They are not correcting the mistake they made and want us to pay for the skirts even though they are made too short and wrong.

Upon inspection, the skirts were a quarter of an inch shorter than specified in our chart. That is half a centimeter. This is not enough of a length error to affect the fit of the garment. Unfortunately, a fit kit was not used by this team. Because the length was still 1/4 of an inch short, we did offer to remake these skirts. This was unacceptable due to the production time required. Instead, they accepted an entire fabric panel to be added locally to the lower part of the skirt. The customer stated that we did not correct the 1/4 inch error, which is inaccurate. This was corrected and accepted by the customer.
