On June 4, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from Grooming Network’s online store, and after several weeks they have not received their products, further, they claim the items they received are not what they ordered, and the product is of poor quality. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive to requests for assistance.
On June 15, 2020, and June 29, 2020, BBB reached out to the business for a response regarding the consumer complaints, as of July 13, 2020, the business has not responded.
