I am sorry you feel this way *******. We have employees who have been here a very long time and worked their way up into leadership roles. I take a lot of pride in my employees and their work, as they are a direct representation of me as well as this business. We are a very close work family and thought we extended that to you, even for the very short time you were employed with us (2 months to be exact).
I trust my employees 100% with company vehicles and will vouch for them at all times. With 10+ years of experience, we are a strong team! If and when conflict arises, its always been a top priority to resolve issues immediately and professionally.
I feel this review is hostile in itself. You asked me for documents from 2022 and then leave this review in only 2 days time. You quit on me with no communication after only working here for 2 months. I apologize if I could not fulfill your request when you asked for it, as we are very busy before the holidays. But I would have gotten them to you in a reasonable timeframe. I wish we could have handled this matter in a different way.
