Hired this company to perform a deep clean of a property. Company did not perform a deep clean. We had to hire another company to clean. This company performed a regular clean but charged me for a deep clean. No appliances were cleaned. No drawers wiped down.Business response

On 02/27/23, ******************************* inquired about a deep clean for an airbnb property she was managing. She said "put me on the schedule ASAP." We accomodated her rushed schedule and completed the clean the very next day on 02/28/23. It wasnt until 03/16/23 that she said she had a few issues with the clean and needed them taken care of right away, as there would be renters arriving next week. Her assistant did a walk-thru and she informed me that the floors and blinds could still use some more work. I had my crew out the next morning to fix these areas.
The next complaint did not come in until 03/31/23, over a month after our initial clean. The home-owner complained to her with regards to a dirty trash can, soap scum and hair in a shower, and insides of appliances not being cleaned.
I provided ******************************* via email a copy of our policies and procedures before we started our initial clean. Doing insides of appliances is something standard we do on a move-out/move-in clean, unless otherwise asked. In this case, we had not been asked to. I fully accomodated the request at fixing the areas of concern nearly 3 weeks after the clean. But then there are new areas of concern over a month later? The shower, trash, and appliances were not addressed on the first walk-thru, leading me to believe they were done to a satisfactory level. Her 03/31 complaint came in over a month later after renters had already been in there.
I can provide full documentation of all communications between myself and ******************************* via texts and email, as well as a copy of our policies and procedures. We have been servicing the Treasure Valley for over 10 years. We pride ourself in our work and communication. I am always more than happy to fix issues within a reasonable timeframe of the clean. However, as it sits now, a new complaint over 2 months since the initial clean and since used by guests, and multiple attempts to fix it, is very unreasonable and unrealistic. At his time we have done everything on our end to keep a client happy in the services we provide.
