      I hired Premier paving to pave 2 parking areas, the prep was poor and within a month weeds and plants started to push their way up through the asphalt, I initially put weed killer on what was there but when they became worse, I contacted the sales person *****************, he stated he would take a look at it. It has now been 5 months since we spoke and nothing has been done. I have called the office no less than 6 times asking to speak to the owner with no call back I have pictures ( this week ) big weeds and grass breaking through I have asked for the complete job to be redone with proper preparation or a full refund of the job. No response from anyone

      At Premier Paving we take complaints seriously and strive to address any issues which may arise and have them taken care of.

      I have in fact spoken with this customer a few months back regarding his complaint. After speaking with him I promised to visit the site for an inspection of the areas concerned. I visited the site as promised and had a follow-up with the customer afterward and informed him that based on the areas where I noticed the weed growth that although it was somewhat inconclusive we would replace the asphalt for him and it was a matter of scheduling him. Our schedule was extremely booked out in advance however I did give him the assurance that it would be replaced and I would contact him when we were going to get this done.

      I recently reached back out to the customer regarding the matter and he informed me that he had sold the property and had no stake in the matter. I revisited the fact that we previously spoke and I had given assurances about getting the repair done.

      The customer has both my contact and email information if this was an issue as he had previously contacted me this way.

      He, unfortunately, didn't explain why he didn't and we, unfortunately, don't have the option of repairing the site at this point as he has sold off

      I am rejecting this response because:

      **** has not been forthcoming with the information given nor is it completely truthful. He said many times he would come to the property 

      and assess the work that was done. After months of asking if he ever made it down the answer I received was " not yet, I've been really busy "

      I called the main office many times, asking to speak to an owner, to seek resolution, I was told they would get back to me. To this day, no one

      has bothered to call me to discuss. The first and ONLY call I received was from **** AFTER they received notification from you about my complaint.

      It has been 11 months since the work was done and more than 6 months that I have been seeking closure to this issue. I was, at the time seeking 

      to have the asphalt replaced as it looked poor and the house would be going on the market soon. After there was no movement to replace the product

      I asked for a refund ( I could have had another company fix the issue in time for the sale ) I heard NOTHING, NOT A SOUND ....CRICKETS

      I am including a copy of the bill I received as well as pictures of the weeds and I have access to phone records and text messages between Premier, 

      **** and myself ,all of which were initiated by me.

      I would be happy with a refund and nothing less

      Unfortunately the only response I can give is to reiterate that I did visit the site personally and gave the assurance that we were willing to schedule the work. Additionally at this point the property has been sold by the customer without making us aware. He also stated after my last call informing me that he had sold the property that he has nothing else to be involved in at this point and wanted no further contact.

      We do wish *************** the best in his future endeavors

      when I met ***** and we went over what I was looking for to get my driveway resurfaced he reassured me that all my concerns were nothing to worry about. I have been doing this for 22 years. Made me feel better about going with this company plus they had the best pricing out of the 4 companys I had looked at. I was told my driveway will be resurfaced with 3 over my existing driveway then I was having them add a asphalted area down the side of my house which was going to be 4 thick. They told me the day of that they were going to tear my old driveway out since it was so brittle which in return I guess they must have forgot what my old driveway looked like as they raised my driveway up 16. I now have to go buy multiple yards of dirt to fill in my front yard to make it line back up with my driveway like it did originally. When I asked about it they said I would have to pay extra for them to make it line up like it did originally. Moving onto the asphalted area down the side of my house. my main concern was that it didnt slope towards my house and well it does causing water to run up against my foundation. Which is my main concern to get fixed before we get to the more rainy weather. Its also causing water to pool and pour from the opposite side washing dirt all over the asphalt. When they were flattening the area they hit my gutter in ground irrigation and instead of putting it back they just ripped it all out and asphalted over it. They asphalted on may 2nd 2022 and Ive been calling ***** and **** **** near everyday and keep getting different answers. I try to call the main office but most times they are out of the office and never get back to me. They keep telling me this day then this day etc etc then all of a sudden something comes up or they just straight up ghost me and I have to call them off of friends or other familys phones just to get an answer. Its been almost 3 months yet nothing has been fixed.

      At Premier Paving we always strive on delivering our customers the service they deserve.

      I have reviewed the complaint below and wanted to note that I have spoken with the customer initially when he explained that there were some concerns. The then estimator ***** who is no longer employed with us was assigned to directly handle this situation as he was the one with the initial contact with **** and had walked the job with him.

      I learned from ***** that the issue was taken care of as there with **** as he was never charged for the portion he is wanting to elevate.

      I had tried to get in touch with **** at one point on progress and was told that he was on his honeymoon.I then informed him that ***** was his direct contact on the situation as it is much easier to have one person directly handle things

      I have not received any recent contact thereafter so I am unaware that there is still an existing concern.

      I will reach out to **** directly and schedule a time to get out there to address this issue as ***** is no longer employed with us.

      Unfortunately, this is an issue us having to now revisit as the initial employee is no longer here to shed any light unto the situation

      I will be reaching out to **** directly and have this issue resolved

       Im responding to the response left by **** at premier paving on 10/27/22.

      It seems ***** the one who gave me the estimate and walked the job with me has been fired or let go from premier paying. In that process it seems he informed **** that everything had been fixed that I had major concerns about. Well everything has not been fixed. I have been trying to call ***** every week to try to get ahold of him as he was my contact at the time. At no point did **** reach out to see if anything had been finished or to update me that ***** had been let go. I just want to get my house fixed back to the way it was before they smashed into it with their machines and get the asphalt leveled like they said they would multiple times.

      While on my honeymoon I did try to reach out to **** or ***** and got no answer or any calls back from either of them. I got back from my honeymoon on 6/25/22 and have been trying to get ahold of anyone at premier paving with no such luck.

      I called **** after seeing the messages he left on the bbb complaint on 10/31/22. **** told me he would be coming out on that Monday 11/1/22 which he never showed up nor have I been able to get ahold of him.
