            I hired Slava construction to install 6 windows for my house at ********************** in ******* ** mid December of 2021. His quote to install the 6 windows was $1,100 labor plus material. Windows came in mid January and **** from Slava Construction installed them on January 25th of 2022. He installed 6 windows on January 25th and asked for an additional $350 because he found some rotten wood. I paid him $1,450 as asked on January 26th. The job was not finished but he assured me that he will come back and complete it. It was very cold that day and he told me that he will finish installing the outside trim on 3 windows in the back of the house within a week or so. It has been 2 months since the promise and he did not come back to finish nor he is responding to my calls and text messages. At this point, **** is not a trustworthy person and I ask for a $400 refund on labor to hire another contractor to finish the job. 3 windows were left without an exterior trim and water is leaking into the walls which is causing further damage.
