            This company was hired through an architect to do a flood proofing certificate on our garage that was built in 2018 I believe. The certificate was never done correctly and have spent the past few years trying to get it corrected. The contractors, myself, and the county have been trying to work with Aldek from this company. We were finally able to get him to submit a proper certificate in June of 2021. Aldek still didn't make all of the proper corrections. He also requested to be paid again for what ever reason, and refused to do anything unless he was paid his fee of $600 which was paid through the contractors. Also not to mention the multiple times the permit had to be extended and paid for also by the contractors company. We were almost fined quite a few times due to this issue. We are still in the process of trying to get all of the corrections made on the certificate. This requires Aldek coming back out to the house and doing some measuring of the property, which he seems to be refusing to do. I really am not sure what else to do from here.
