  I purchased a car on 6/26/2023. Its a 2011 jeep patriot and it had many complications so I took it back a week later because of the 4th of July week. I have not had a car since. It has been three weeks and the man who has been attending me **** keeps extending the day it will be ready. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this experience I havent had a car a three weeks and they refuse to give me a rental. I would like my money back but **** says it is not possible to do that. The total of this vehicle was $7146.32 I traded in my vehicle which they gave me $3,000 worth and the rest went to my credit card. Please help me get my money back.

  We are saddened to hear about this complaint. As you know the car had ******* miles on it and it was in roadworthy condition when we sold it to you otherwise you would not have purchased it. We had no issues during our tenure with the vehicle. Regardless, we care for our customers deeply and have made efforts to fix any issues with the vehicle after your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with the repairs we have covered that your mechanic recommended to you. The repairs included: Hub bearings, Rear axles, ABS Sensors, New Battery, and New tires. Again these repairs were not urgent as the vehicle was roadworthy. We still decided to cover the recommended maintenance so you do not have breakdowns in the future. We are still more than willing to try and do our best to help you with any other concerns, but will need your cooperation as well.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  I am still dissatisfied with this result. I dont believe when this business says youre more than willing to continue helping me when **** hasnt reached out to ask me what other repairs the vehicle needs. He sent out a guy to run a diagnostics on the vehicle and said that the only way he would continue to help me is if I withdraw this complaint. I have been cooperative with all the repairs, I have been very patient this taking a while to take care of. I believe that if I purchased this vehicle with this many issues it should have been for a lesser price. & **** I am still waiting for the report on the repairs of this vehicle. Its unfortunate how this has inconvenienced me for a whole month.
