Ive requested several times for my ceiling to be fixed in my bathroom. The leasing manager has notified me that the unit above toilet needs to be replaced for the water to stop trickling into my unit. She informed that she outsourced a plumber last week Tuesday (8/2) to replace the toilet ring since the maintenance man was out of town all week and should stop the seepage, Nevertheless the ceiling walls has peeled off and her resolution was to patch up the ceiling with plastic and duct tape to prevent water into my unit. However, more water has since fallen into my unit this past Sunday(8/7), I informed ******(leasing manager) of the issue again and was informed that since the maintenance manager is back in town, he will be inspecting the unit to make sure water doesnt come into the unit, but they cannot tell when the hole in my ceiling will be fixed. When informing ****** that i dont have access to usable bathroom since its unpredictable when toilet water and material from the ceiling will fall into my bathroom, she informed me that it is a usable bathroom and that there is nothing she can do to accommodate for the issue and cant tell me when it will be fixed and said the conditions are fine. Ive put this request in back in July with no response, and also the first of August, she marked the request to fix the ceiling complete after putting plastic up on the ceiling even though it wasnt. I have put in another request in hopes of usable bathroom and to accommodate for me having to clean up my bathroom floor of dirt and water several times without eta to resolve the issue. She said that this is "apartment living" and I have to deal with the issue for however long it takes.
