      I purchased a premium $40. 00 dollar car wash on January 4 ****, and on January the 9th manager from ***** location terminated my service due to my plates being a commercial plate" uber " and when I called numerous times and showed up at the location they denied my reimbursement along with denial of me using any car wash services in which I paid. All I ask is for my reimbursement.

      After going through car wash rear spoiler ripped off back vehicle, filled form out and was told manager would review.They refused to fix it. They said air in car wash blew the spoiler off which is physical impossibility

      FIRST AND LAST time going to this car wash. On July 2nd 2023 we made a quick stop to this carwash before heading on the expressway to buy fireworks for my kids. Once we parked at the firework shop my husband noticed the cover of the sideview mirror on the passenger side (i was driving) was not there. I immediately called the Carwash and spoke with ********, told him i was there 30min ago and if he could look for this part. After he put me on hold to look for the part he said it is here. I asked if it was scratched or broken and he said no it is fine. He said to come to the office to get it from him. Once there ******** gave me the part and i immediately noticed the hinges to connect to the main mirror were broken off. I asked him what could i do and he said i can make a report in which we did that same day. The next day I received a call from Manager ***** in which he said they reviewed the footage and the part blew off at the end when the dryers were drying the car so the part was probably broken already. I told ***** i would like to review the footage as that is impossible as the part was not broken to begin with. ***** told me i had 2 options, 1. to go through my insurance to request the footage (which i am not as my deductible would be more than what that part would cost) or 2. Write an e-mail through their website and request the footage for a fee. After i hung up with ***** i sent an email for the footage, that was July 3rd. Yesterday since i did not hear back at all i called and left a vm and sent another email. I get a call today July 26th from **** stating that he received an e-mail from higher *** to tell me that the only way to view the footage is to go through my insurance. What cowardice to hide behind an employee instead of calling me and doing things the right way. What a shame on this Company, its service and its management.

      On Saturday, February 19, 2023 I paid $7 for a car wash. I entered the car wash after waiting for the car in front of me to clear and at the direction of the car wash attendant. I placed my vehicle in neutral and the wash process started. While in the wash process, my car stopped moving, there were multiple bumps. The car wash was stopped while my vehicle was still inside the wash area. When I was able to see out of my front and rear windows, my vehicle was sandwiched between two vehicles. I asked the attendant that walked pass my vehicle twice what happened, and received no reply. I asked a third time and he still did not state what had happened, but told me to roll up my windows and make sure my car was in neutral, which it was. The wash process restarted. Prior to exiting I saw a part of my car fly off. Upon exiting and reviewing my vehicle, there was damage to my sunroof (missing cover), front grill (cracked and missing a piece), and rear (paint). I filed a complaint which they said needed to be reviewed by a third party. On Thursday, February 23rd, I received a voice message stating they are not responsible for the damages to my vehicle as it was an air pocket that caused the damages. This is in fact, false. I had no prior damage to my vehicle. And had there been no back up inside of the car wash, my car would not have sustained any damage. The washer hit my vehicle multiple times before it was stopped - this likely caused my sunroof cover damage. Additionally, my vehicle was forced to hit the vehicle in front of me, and the vehicle behind me was forced to hit me, because there was no auto stop when each vehicle approached the next - this likely caused my front grill damage and rear paint damage. Again, my vehicle was in neutral and being controlled by the automated system within the car wash.

      Automatic car wash was overcrowded & backlogged at the exit due to heavy street traffic. It did not stop & my car was hit from behind. They are refusing to cover the cost of repairs for my car.
