      ****** work took way to long the seams are horrible I would rather have my money back go elsewhere

      The top was measured and delayed by 1 week because of a supplier issue. The customer was kept in communication and was informed regularly regarding the issue and never expressed concern or dissatisfaction with the delay.The top was delivered and in the installation process, the customer ( ******************** ) was made aware that his cabinets were out of level from front to back by 1/2" and overall corner to corner 3/4".******************* was informed and showed exactly how the top and seams would finish prior to our final installation process. He was given the option of us coming back another day in an effort for him to straighten out his cabinets at which time he acknowledged they were old and he wasn't interested in the additional work on his part to make the correction. We were instructed to proceed with our installation and " to do the best that we can ".We completed the installation and ******************* was satisfied with the final result and paid us in full. He furthermore signed our delivery ticket stating that he was satisfied. We were called back 2 days later to address the seam concern and a small possible in the edge of the top. Both issues were immediately addressed, and AGAIN ******************** was satisfied with the outcome. This negative review comes as a surprise seeing as the customer has been satisfied on all occasions and with our response and all actions taken to address hic concerns. The end of it all, if the customers cabinetry was level appropriately there would no seaming issues. It was his choice NOT to level his cabinets.

      The whole process was supposed to take 3-4 weeks but for myself it took little bit over 12 weeks from start to finish. There were some things that were out of their hands that could not be avoided but the experience overall has showed me that while they do good work, their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I had to call about 10 times every other day to finally get a status update. Every time was "oh **** will call you" that never happened once. **** their receptionist was a life saver however. The main issue stemmed from the company not having the material available but this wasn't told to me until AFTER 6 WEEKS OF WAITING. I honestly am on the fence with this company because it felt like they did not care at all how long I waited and it wasn't until I asked for a refund that they actually picked up their feet and did something. Then once the material did come in, they didn't even expedite the install, why should others go first when I've been waiting since January. They didn't even say sorry once or even offer a discount on the job.
