I am consistently pleased and impressed with the quality of service and the friendly professionalism of Amber's staff. I cannot imagine taking my business elsewhere. Amber Heating & Air Conditioning provides expert maintenance for our furnace and air conditioner. When they come out to our home, their wonderful technicians (Bo and *****) give helpful, thorough, and patient explanations for all of our questions regarding thermostats, condensate pumps, whole-house humidifiers, and more. I find their prices to be quite fair, especially for the peace of mind they provide. Never a hard sell or pressure to make a rushed decision. Scheduling is easy; ********* does a great job as the first point of contact a customer has with the company. It is plain to see that Amber's ******************* is well-deserved.Review from Carol T

******* was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The crew that installed the new air conditioner took the time to be sure they did not interrupt the home during the installation and took extra time to review with us the instructions for operating the system and the maintenance it required..Review from greta b.

Very professional, great workmanship and communication . My neighbor has been a client more than 20 years, so I thought I'd try them. Amber Heating and Air Conditioning really impressed me! *********************************** , my Home Solutions Advisor, was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered, and gave clear, concise explanations when I asked questions. He was always promptly on time, extremely courteous , and respectful of my home. The installation crew was wonderful! They protected my hardwood floors with tarps, and avoided scarring my walls ...( I've had negative experiences before ...). During the install, the crew updated me by explaining what they were doing, and where they were in the process. When the work was completed , we did a walk through inside and out (I had furnace and air conditioner installed simultaneously). The work areas were left clean and tidy. Shortly after my install, I met went ******* again, and we did a final walk through and completed all the paperwork. I am very pleased with the workmanship of the installers, and the continued professional, friendly communication with ***************************************. I am happy to share my "Amber Experience" and look forward to working with them for my future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend this business.Customer Response

Great Service! I have been using Amber ******************************** for a few seasons now. Had my old system serviced and when it saw its last days had the install a new ************* But the one thin that stands out is the great service they provide. Today my technician was ****** He is very professional, makes sure if I have questions he answers them and makes sure my system is running optimally. He never makes me feel like a question is stupid nor a request to check something is a bother. ***** is very respectful and pleasant to deal with. And my home is always left clean after the service. Scheduling appointments is always easy and the person taking the call helps with finding the appointment that works for my schedule. I highly recommend this company for ac or heating issues.
