I purchased a pool & install on 5/13/23 was told by ***** the pool would be installed in 2 weeks on a Saturday. 5/20 called ***** to ask when the installer is coming, said installer will call me and let me know. On 5/30 called ***** he said the installer has the paperwork & will call me this week to install it. 6/1 called *****, i asked for installer #. On 6/5 still hadn't heard from anyone,called installer named **** myself. He said ***** just gave him the paperwork and he would come tomorrow 6/6 to install it.otherwise not until june 17th if it has to be Saturday. I took the 6th. Installers came on the 6th & said ************ cove wasnt delivered. installers put a piece of duct tape on inside of liner & said turn the water off when it reaches the *********** will come back & finish the installation & cutting the liner. A few hours later water was leaking out of the pool. I text ********* that its leaking. He said shut water off, need a new liner.On 6/7 called **** to ask when hes coming back, the pool has only about an inch of water, he said hes waiting on the liner. I also noticed they took my retaining wall bricks and built the pool on top of the bricks on the sidewalk on 1 side of the pool,the sand and liner from under the pool is spilling out onto the sidewalk & the pool is about 4 inches above the ground sitting on top of pavers. Showed *************** on 6/10 & said it needs to be done correctly before it collapses. He said he will call **** the installer to fix it on Saturday 6/17. No show, called him and he said tomorrow. Showed up 6/18 & said he would have to come back 6/24 at 7am. Didnt show, no response,called ***** and said i want my money back come pick up your pool. He said he would call ****, ***** never called me back. I have to keep calling ******** does nothing but tell lie after lie. He stole my Money and my time.
