I took my van in to have a new coil and spark plugs replaced. He gave me a quote of $317. I said OK. He then called and told me that there were other things wrong. He quoted me a price of $824. I told him no and that I was only going to pay his initially quoted price. He then said ok $400 and I said no. Finally he agreed to $317. I had the van for an hour and noticed the window switch was broken. I took it back and they fixed it and charged me $202. I told them it wasn't broke when I brought it in to them. Now my van is making a noise and I'm not sure what going on with my engine. I had another repair shop look at my van because it now was making noises and my remote start will not work either. I suspect that they took advantage of me. I suspect that every time you take your vehicle there they end up finding more things wrong with it as well as damaging your car. I am a single mother with limited funds and they took advantage of me because they knew my financial situation, that is why they offered me a payment plan. Now my vehicle is in worse condition than when I brought it to them. I have only one vehicle and have no transportation now. All of this because of the damage they did to my van.

She brought her vehicle in to have plugs changed.  She was told that she also needed cam lifters.  She did opt out to not have them changed.  We did charge her the original quote of just the plugs, because that is all we did.  My tech did roll her window down and back up while it was here.  It worked correctly, no indication of anything wrong.  After picking it up she pushed the button down and it worked.  When she pulled up the window switch it broke.  That is on her.  If it would of broke on my tech, it wouldn't of been up - like it was. It would of been stuck down.  I felt bad about her finances, so I told her I wouldn't charge her for the labor to fix it ( I guess the more you help some people, the more they stab you in the back)  The vehicle is not going to run correctly, because it still needs the cam lifters changed.  The check engine light has more than likely came back on from that and therefore the remote start will not work with a check engine light on.  Customer actually owes me $134 for the window switch not $202 like she said.  And she still owes me $134.46 for the original repair.

I would like the customer to pay her original bill off and either bring me the new window switch back ( like I offered her) or pay for it as well.

I do not create false repairs for customers, I have plenty of real repairs of good customers to do for days scheduled out. I do not need to create anymore work for my business.

Business bought a used auto part off ****. Buyer filed a defective item case with **** due to item "not working". Buyer shipped a completely different part and missing items back for a refund through ****. **** refunded buyer with their funds due to the fraudulent return. If this business is willing to scam someone out of a $75 part, one should question the cars they are selling.

I purchased a trailer hitch wiring connector because I did not have one.  So I did return the one that was sent to me.  When the plug in was installed it only had the ground in working condition.  It was very corroded and in very poor condition when it was received.  I looked on my **** account and this guy has accused others of this same offence.  If you look into it he has pulled this scam before. I believe this person should be charged for making false accusations.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:look at the pictures submitted. The item is not what was shipped to them. The one that was sent had a completely white faded plug (returned one is half faded). The one sent to them had a ford part number sticker (returned one did not). Plug ends are different (returned one is dirty and obviously doesn’t work). Mounting bracket was not returned either. The item I sold (as-is, untested) may or may not have worked, but the one this dealership was NOT the item they were mailed.

**** has sided with me on this case twice…

Have a lot more pictures of what was sent vs what I received in return.

I want nothing from this dealer except people to know the shady practices they do.

As far as my 2 negative reviews on ****…the last one refused to mail back an item in exchange for a different part  and other was an item damaged in shipping.

      Sincerely,

      ***** ******

I know he feels like I did not send the same plug back to him, and I am sorry he feels that way.  I only had the one plug here on my property.  I did not have one to begin with, so I know the one I sent back to him is the same one.  God knows my heart and he knows I am telling the truth.  He is the only one that I am concerned with.  I pray blessings over this man.  As far as **** siding with him, I don't believe that to be factual.  They did reimburse me.  He has accused someone else of the same thing
