I drive a medical transport. I was in ***** to get some fish. I asked for 3 pieces of fish and hush puppies. While I was eating my food I noticed a black spot on the meat that was mushy. I called and he told me he could not do anything if I had already ate it. So I took my food with the my receipt. The manager looked at the food and touched it. I told her I did not want anymore fish especially after seeing how she handled the food I brought back, not to mention her overall bad attitude towards me. Then she told me that she could not refund my food because it had been longer than 30 minutes. She instantly got mad when I asked for her manager. So the other manager threw my bag on the table and said they could not refund me any money. The customers and the workers were laughing and I felt extremely discriminated against and disrespected. They both told me that I could not and that they would not give me a refund. They then mockingly suggested that I file a complaint on the Captain D's website and see what would happen. I then decided to file a complaint with the BBB on how I was treated at this restaurant.
