    On March 2 of 2021 my wife and I went into the store looking for furniture for our basement. We found some very comfy chairs and decided to purchase. The chairs were not in stock so the employee ****** ******* said we could put a downpayment, she would order them and due to Covid the delivery could be up to 3 or 4 months, but hopefully sooner. The estimated delivery date on the receipt is 07/10/21. We said we could wait and understood that Covid was putting everything behind. 4 months came and went. We continued to be patient, to make small payments and check on delivery status until October 2021. In November we decided to cancel the order as we saw no end to the delivery delays caused by covid. We had been extremely patient up to this point. I went in and spoke with the employee (C**** ******) and she stated that I should receive about $600.00 back but she had to talk to her boss first. On December 1, 2021, I returned to the store to be told by ***** ****** that I would receive nothing back because of the restocking fee. I have never received the items, the items are not in the store. Why am I paying a restocking fee? On the receipt it states that returns within 7 days of RECEIPT are eligible to receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee. We never received and should be entitled to a full refund due to failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe or the promised time.
