I ordered an item from them on April 3rd never received my item. Then received a nasty email from them asking me to write a review of the item that I ordered and quote for f*** sake is the words they used in the email. Very disrespectful and rude and all I wanted was what I ordered.Initial Complaint

Made an online purchase from this company on April 11th, 2023. Received a confirmation email acknowledging the purchase and then later that day(April 11th, 2023), received a shipping confirmation email stating that it had been shipped via **** with Tracking #******************************. Checked the tracking number and everything looked good. A couple days later tracked it again to see where the package was at. It showed then and still as of today that the package hasn't been received by ****. I've reached out to the company via telephone and email and haven't gotten a response at all. Then today I tried to go onto their website and it says temporarily closed? So this might be a lost cause which is frustrating because I have purchased items from them in the past.
