On April 1, 2022 I went for my appointment with Dr. ****** for a hearing aide replacement. When I arrived the owner, **** ***********************, came to the lobby where I was sitting and said in an above normal voice, *****, I shook my head. Then she said ***********************, I ***** my head and she walked in the back of the office? When Dr. ****** came to get me in the lobby, **** Cay followed us and told Dr. ****** that she better have the hearing molds made for my ears before I leave the office. I told Dr. ****** I will not have the hearing molds of my ears done. I asked Dr. ****** how much they were and she told me $188 plus tax. **** Cay called Dr. ****** out of her office to ask what I asked her. **** Cay would not let Dr. ****** close the door to her office. I sat there and **** Cay kept opening the door further and kept interrupting Dr. ******* When my appointment was done, **** Cay asked Dr. ****** if I was going to have the molds done and I said no. **** Cay had me go into another office and told me to sit down, I said no I can stand. She said I had to have the molds done. I said no and walked out of the office. **** Cay came up to the front lobby where I was trying to pay my **** and Yelled. *****************, You need to have these molds done. I said no. **** Cay went to the back of the office where Dr. ****** was and still no sheet from her? I told the front desk I need to go as this women is really scaring me and I want to leave. **** Cay again came to the lobby right behind me and Yelled ***************** you have to have the molds done or she would not be responsible for anything. I said fine. She walked back to Dr. ****** who still did not come up front with my sheet to pay my ****. **** Cay said if I did not sign or have the molds done I cannot be a client of there. I said fine. I told the front office to call me so I could pay the ****. Have heard nothing so far. I ******************* Cay is making everyone with rubber covers have the molds done. No right and abusive.Business response
