The technician failed to show up for my scheduled appointment, and when it was rescheduled for the next day, he arrived late. I even expressed my doubts about his reliability to the office and requested another technician, but my concerns were ignored. During his visit, he informed me that I likely needed a new garage door, but he could offer a temporary fix for $225.00, promising it would hold up for a few months. However, I noticed he was only repairing the door to allow manual opening. When I told him I wanted to be able to use the remote, he said that the cost for that was $425.00. Reluctantly, I agreed and when he "completed" the job, he presented me with a cost of over ******!!! When I reminded him of his $425.00 quote, he stated this was in addition to the $225.00. HE NEVER SAID THAT! Had I known that, I would have declined the service immediately! Less than three weeks later, the garage door broke again, causing more damage. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company for a resolution, no one has returned my call. At one point, they had the technician call me. I told them I only wanted to speak to the manager. When the technician called, he was extremely rude, so much so that I couldn't speak. I had to ask him when he was going to allow me to speak. He gave me his personal phone number and asked me to text him pictures, which I refused to do. I again called the office telling them i only wanted to speak to a manager to which I have yet to receive a call back. I want a refund in full! This technician/company took advantage of me and provided poor service with a ridiculous cost. Most likely because I am a single female and seen as easy to take advantage of. The office staff is also extremely rude.
