I have tried numerous times to have this contractor call me back regarding my roof leaking at the nails.I am changing out my cabinets and painting the mail level of my tri-level. Even before the kitchen cabinets were removed we had noticed a bowing in the ceiling. A small area was cut and it was noticed that the blown in and the other insulation was wet. It was thought that maybe a leak from the shower or bathroom sink on the upper level. That was not the case. Another area was cut. Until the rain yesterday leaks were not easily found. With the rain it was very noticeable that the rain was coming in at the nails. My roof was maybe replaced about 5 years ago. When the two contractors removed the overhead light most of my kitchen ceiling slammed down to the floor. No one was hurt is this crash. I had an electrician stopping by to review my outlets and for placement of my recessed lighting. He did not need to go up into the attic - he could see right up to my rafters. All work has been stopped until the roof can be fixed.I left several voicemails yesterday and even completed a "Contact Me" on their website. No replies.What I want and need is for C&S to consider this an emergency on my part. I advised them on one of their cell phones and on the office phone that if I had not heard from them by 3 o'clock this afternoon, Thursday, March 31st, that I was contacting the BBB. I need them to look and review my roof, then fix it. My budget did not include a new roof or ceiling in my kitchen. Now if I don't hear from them I will have to hire someone else to modify their work that was not completed properly.
