            On July 12th I contracted with Auto Trans World to provide the service of moving my vehicle from ************ ** to ******** on July 14 2024 in which I sent them a cashApp payment of $140. Pickup was supposed to be between 2-3pm. No carrier showed up at the appointed time approximately 1:34pm on July 14th I emailed ***** to confirm pickup, he texted back and stated he was confirming the driver and I never heard back. They transferred this delivery to another broker whom is licensed to carry motor vehicles, CONTINENTAL AUTO SHIPPING. Which I was contacted by them and requested a refund and the person stated I need to pay them $50 processing fee to get a refund.I stated I wasn't doing that because that doesn't make sense, he stated to me on the phone and via text message to go **** myself.
