Our company purchased several VTECH phones, the four line business system, consisting of the ************** headsets and several extension phone modules. These were purchased from Amazon warehouse, claiming to be like new with only damage to the packaging., we bought a large number of the extension desk sets, and only one of them actually worked. The rest of them said out of range, or no power at base. On several occasions, we attempted to contact VTECH technical support and on several occasions we were supposed to receive a call back from them and never did. Obviously, this companys projects are garbage and their customer support does not exist.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vtech baby monitor model number VM901 for $126.67. I have been contacting vtech since March or April 2021 that the monitor has never worked properly. It is constantly losing signal and beeping even when I am right next to the camera. Now, the camera won't connect to my phone either which makes this monitor useless. Vtech sends me an automated step by step email but when I tell them it is still not working they do not respond any further. I have been trying to get this issue taken care of for over 6 months. I was going to accept an exchange but at this point I'd rather my money back so I can buy a monitor from a company with decent customer service.Business response

Please note: You have sent this complaint to the wrong Division of VTech. VTechkids does not handle and or respond to Baby Monitor Complaints. You must reach out to the VTech *************** who supports Baby monitors for resolution. Please ensure this is transferred to them properly and does not not impact the VTechkids Division.
