The payment date was 10/19/2022 I was given a receipt that had a confirmation number ch-3Luju1KMTyw30ezUo4lKseIH. It also had on the receipt services unapplied payments $2,700.00. I was I sick than, I was in an accident Totaled my car I had no way to get to the center. I contacted the center and was told the I could still come in and get my procedures, but when I tried to make an appointment. I was told the company was not associated with IMAC anymore they had changed there name but retained the same phone number. They had an email address CBO@ IMAC HOLDINGS.COM, but they said no one never respond to it. I also tried to email them but there was no response. On the receipt it also had the name ***************************, PC billing Questions: ************* which also included an address *************************************************************************** When I called them they said the saw the payment in there system, but they could not reimburse me, because they are *************************** not *************************** PC, which makes no since. I started going to *********************** regeneration center for a back issue and Neuropathy on July 21. They made promises that I will be cured with PT, chiropratic therapy along with injections for pain. IMAC requested payment for services at the start of of treatments. I paid *******. After two months of going for treatment I was not getting any better. I decided to cancel all further appointments and requested a refund for the services that I did not receive but paid for. I have asking for a refund since Sept 29 2021. When I asked when I will receive my refund they said that It will be at least 6 weeks, they had to wait for insurance to pay for services. I called after six weeks and IMAC said they had not received payment from the insurance company. I checked the insurance company's web site and everything had been paid. I continued to call and ask for my refund and I continue to get the run around. The staff is not interested in refunding my money. There is no urgency to resolve this issue. I have asked for phone numbers and e- mail addresses to contact financial managers and I am told that they do not have numbers to contact the managers. I also think that the chiropractor and the Physical therapist were not interested in getting me back o my feet. There was one instance where after being on the decompression table I was unable to stand or walk and I was in extreme pain. The chiropractor said you can go to your car and go home you are done for the day. I was in tears and she had no idea what to do. Finally she got me a chair to sit down. Then it occurred to her that Ice pack *** help, in the mean the PT just continued doing what she was doing. She did not help. It is now Dec 22 2021 and I still have not received my refund. It has been 4 months and now I want a full refund of ******* plus **** that I spent on Lyft rides. This business is poorly run.
