5/30 Had to schedule a telehealth appointment with my doctor ******* I missed a call initiated by the clinic to discuss results. May 21 received a phone call and voice message to discuss my lab results from the previous week. I missed the phone call and when I called back I was forced to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor regarding my results. I attempted numerous time to call and dispute with the billing department but no one returns my phone calls nor is able to assist me any further. I got charged a visit with my insurance that I feel I am not responsible for, simply for missing a phone call, because if I had answered initially they would not have charged me with an appointment. I am writing a formal complaint here because I received the bill on 6/13 and have been attempting to dispute it since that time with no luck because no one is willing to speak to me on this issue.
