We have had several leaks appear following our "complete roof replacement" in June 2020 and initially Crown Roofing was responsive. Most recently, in June 2023, the roof leaks are re-appearing an as water spots and pooling on the ceiling drywall and wall. There is a clear split/crack in one of the seams of the roof which can easily be seen. As our "Complete roof tear-off and replacement" came with a 10 Year Warranty (as shown on page 10 of the signed contract", we have contacted Crown Masonry and Roofing multiple times by email and multiple times by phone to please come to inspect and address the issue. We have not received any response from Crown Masonry and Roofing. We must address this leak in our ceiling as it is continuing to cause damage in our home, and with no response from Crown we will be forced to call another roofing company and pay for this repair out of pocket, which will also in turn nullify our warranty on the roof that Crown sold us. We are reaching out to BBB to hopefully mediate a resolution with Crown Masonry and Roofing, prior to taking the next step of contacting an attorney to seek a refund for our repairs paid on the under-warranty roof as well as a refund for the pro-rated balance of the roof, due to nullified warranty.

I contracted Crown roofing to replace my roof at ***************** in September 2018. I have been trying to contact the company since last summer to fix a leak on the east side of the property. When I originally placed the call last summer someone was sent out but they didn't have a ladder long enough to inspect the issue. I continued calling and leaving messages through the answering services for a call back. After a couple of month of calling i spoke to a person who claimed to be covering for the owner because his mother was very sick. I have been calling and leaving messages for a call back with no success. My roof is still leaking when we get hit with hard rain. The agreement signed with Crown Roof comes with a 5 year warranty on labor and materials. I just want my roof repair.

I used Crown Roofing and Masonry to do a roof repair and was charged $3400. In the contract I was provided an explicit warranty on their work. I told them of various leaks and pointed out where they were occurring on the roof. There were two parts of the work. One involved some flashing on a known issue, and with that I am satisfied. But within a month, the roof leaked in two different locations. They initially wanted additional payment to fix those issues. I told them that was unacceptable, that it is covered in the warranty. They became unresponsive and I have hired another roofer to actually inspect and do the job. Crown Roofing and Masonry does not respond to my communication over multiple channels. I have asked for a partial refund of $2000. Some photos are attached, but I also have video which is not supported for upload.
