            Pattern of Complaint:
            BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning delayed or non-delivery of products. On November 02, 2018, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints and provided information regarding the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule.  On January 18, 2019 the company notified BBB that they had made requested adjustments to alleviate the underlying cause of complaints and had instituted processes to maintain compliance with BBB Standards. Specifically they agreed to "modify delivery times to be the same across all mediums where published.  We will notify all customers immediately when promised delivery dates cannot be met and will offer the option to cancel the order for a full and expedient refund as required under the rule. This is to include all current customers and orders".  BBB has continued to monitor this company and as of 05/02/2019 the company failed to comply with the previous agreement.

              I made an order in February of 2019 and never received my product. My order was 2034 and because they kept delaying my order it got past the point to where I could get a refund from my credit card I then had to pay money for a product I never received. You should be embarrassed and I hope just seems you.
