Our family business, Tri Pork Inc. made an order with Sew Personal Embroidery for 60 hats with our logo embroidered (******* * ****) and an additional order for 10 hats with logo embroidered (******* * ****) . The order was made on 12/16/2021 totalling $1,136.63. The invoice was paid in full on 01/02/2022. The check was deposited by Sew Personal Embroidery in January of 2022. As of 11/8/2022 we have not received the order. We have attempted contact with the business owner on several occasions. Many of those phone calls go unanswered. In the rare times we have been able to reach her she says she will get them done but they still have not been received.Business response

Attached documents show communications with *****s ***** indicating that he was aware of the shortages of the 112 cap that he specifically wanted. Shortages and delays of delivery beginning in July of 2021
The timeline attached shows appropriate action being taken to secure the 112 caps.
There were telephone conversations that were not documented advising Mr. ***** of the shortages.
November 10, 2022 Mr. ***** picked up the caps and was very appreciative.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Following the BBB complaint that was submitted on 11/8/2022 we received a call from Sew Personal on 11/10/2022 saying that she was starting to work on the hats and they would be ready for pick up on 11/11/2022.The hats were ready for pick up and were picked up on 11/11/2022.Although we are glad to have the hats completed and in our possession and will accept the businesses response. Please let the record show we received zero communication from Sew Personal regarding the vendor or delivery delays. The only communication that was attempted during the duration of order to pick up was Tri Pork calling Sew Personal with little to no response. 10 of hats also included the wrong logo.
