I went to get my rear brakes and rotors replaced on 07/10/2023 for ****** and the mechanic scratched my car on the driver side below the front door. I talked to ****** and he said they had cameras and i said ok lets look at the cameras, he said I couldn't look at the cameras. I said then go look at the cameras he said he wasn't looking at the cameras right now and said what are you going to do about it. This is very unprofessional.Initial Complaint

Went to shop for body repair , when I was told it was done owner stated that the paint was not dry to come back in a month and would finish the work . At the time of pick up the shop employee clearly said come any time after a month and we will complete the work within an hour no appointment necessary. So, out of courtesy I call to make sure its ok and the owner want to tell me you have to work around their schedule. I already paid for the work a month ago and now I have to work on their schedule. Owner beyond disrespectful.Initial Complaint

I came into the business to get a quote on my car. this place mentioned it would be a ****** diagnostic just to tell what it was. He called back to tell me it was the fuel pump. He stated that the part was about ******* dollars with labor would be about *******. I was approved through snap finance at this location for ****** application Id:22062402K3IL today I want to use the loan and pay reminder balance and the receptionist says it was ********. Now from **** to ******* is almost another ***** added out without my consent. On top of that a fuel pump cost ******* for my car at autozone. Please help and investigate why this business added ***** extra for this part and without my consent i cannot pick up the car they do not do payments and this is horrible. I could understand with tax but they added ***** to my part and qouted me ******** for a fuel pump.Initial Complaint

Occured 5/22/22 - Repair order #*****. The repair guy madeINAPPROPRIATE sexual comments to me during the quote process. It should not have taken over 2 days to repair what needed to be done first off. Secondly I needed an alignment, which was $100 - which was also on my receipt - IT WAS NEVER DONE! He called and said he wanted to replace a line because it was "*****" and I could pick it up on Monday after I gave the go ahead. I advised him that I couldn't wait until Monday and not to do the work. He said I could pick it up Sunday & that he would be there between 9 & 11 - I get a text saying he was there and only gave me 5 minutes to get to the shop because he had to pick up his kid. When I argued and reminded him that he told me when he was going to be at the shop he says snidely "Don't worry about personal life" Well I'm the customer - YOU are providing me a service - not to mention while picking it up on Sunday he says that he did me a favor and replaced it anyways. The **** on the invoice said $1220.62 - I was charged $1320 on my credit card.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 11/2/2021 Amount for Purchase: $785.36 Amount Requesting back: $442.19 There have been several attempts to fix the squeaking problem and ********* saying they cannot find the issue but charging me to replace parts. I took the car to ******* Auto Repair and he notices the suspension (struts) was detective. I had him replace them and the noise is gone. I then called to return the struts for a refund as they are under warranty and was told I could not have a refund. I want my $442.19 back. There should be no reason why they cannot return the defective struts to the manufacture.
